Yes, I still have strollers on the brain.  I posted about a great deal on a Maclaren Twin Techno last week, though this one even beats that.  There is an Ebay seller (who sells a large volume of kid/baby gear) selling the 2011 Maclaren Twin Techno in Crown Blue (shown above) for only $200, with free shipping.  These appear to be new in the box and the seller has a good review score.  Keep in mind that the retail price of these deluxe umbrella double strollers is $450, so this really is a fantastic deal.  The listing says that 26 have been sold and that there are 10+ available still.  I really hope that someone out there desperately needs one of these!  What a bargain.
